I've been painting most of my life. I work in acrylic on dark grounds — nature and scenery, horses, lifestyle figures — whatever I find elegant beauty in. Starting from near-black means every colour has to earn its place, which is what gives the work its weight. Every commission is one conversation, one canvas, made once and entirely yours.
