Some paintings are decoration. These aren't.
I've lived wide — different countries, different light, different skies — and somewhere in all of it, painting became how I hold onto what matters. Landscapes that stay with you. Creatures that deserved the attention. The feeling of beauty that doesn't just exist to be looked at, but to be felt. That's what I paint toward.
The aim is never the wall. It's the room. The way a piece changes the air around it quietly, over time — something to return to, something that gives back differently depending on the day. Beauty as a way of seeing. Peace as something you can live with.
Every piece is finished before it's offered. One of a kind. Never replicated.
The medium is acrylic on dark grounds — near-black as the base, so every layer of colour has to earn its place. Equestrian scenes, wildlife, figures, landscape: the subject shifts but the approach doesn't. Build the dark, find the light, stop before it becomes too much.
